In the tough, uncompromising business of building services, loyalty and repeat sales are difficult to maintain. How can you increase revenue from key customers – and decrease defection to competitors? We identified 1,500 of SGB's most valuable customers, based on average spend and frequency, and developed an exciting football themed promotion called ‘Goalbuilder’. Registration was rewarded with football kit giveaways and opportunities to win tickets for top league games.

Customers who chose to repeat custom at SGB received more entries to go forward to win an all-expenses trip to see Real Madrid play in Spain. Within three months 1,000 high value customers had registered, and sales had risen significantly."
